Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Saint-Brieuc, France.

We are the first surf brand to offer worldwide delivery. We offer free shipping for all orders over 75 € in the European Union.

For other destinations shipping is free for any orders over 95 €

Pickup Point deliveries are made by either Chronopost Relai or Mondial Relay. Standard deliveries are made by either Delivengo or Colissimo. Fast deliveries are made by either Chronopost 18 or UPS.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. 91.8% of our packages are shipped in less than 24 hours.

All our packagings are Eco-Friendly. We use recycled or biodegradable materials as product package, packaging shavings and wrapping material. The exception being the packaging of our tractions pads collection. We couldn’t find yet a reliable solution to replace the plastic wrap that protects our tail pads for long-term storage and transportation.
Your order confirmation includes a tracking code. You can monitor your shipment using this number on the websites of your transporter or 17track.net.
If your order is being shipped outside the EU, it could be subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes. All orders are eligible for a return/exchange within 20 days.
All of our products are returnable or exchangeable. Items and packaging, however, must be in flawless condition. The packing and goods should be in the same condition as when they were shipped. Any item that has been worn, changed, or damaged will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Simply contact us by using the form on this page. Provide your order number and the name associated with it. Once approved a return address will be provided to you. After inspection of the product and packaging conditions at our facility the refund will be sent to you. The refund will be credited to the same account that paid the initial order. Note: it can take up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Shipping costs will be assumed by the buyer. Holyfins will not refund any amount related to shipping fees. Moreover, orders eligible to free shipping will have to assume the return expenses as well as the initial sending expenses indicated in our shipping policy. The customer can choose any logistic company to return any product. It will be under its responsibility if the items are damaged or lost during the return shipment.
